As per a contemporary patent filed with the US Patent and Trademark Workplace, Apple is looking into the risk of making its future Watch thinner by removing the haptic feedback engine altogether.
But since the haptic feedback is essential to the user expertise, the company wants the battery itself to take over that position. It describes a “moving battery aspect” that affords the haptic feedback.
By removing the vibration motor, Apple might liberate some space and make the battery itself greater and ultimately enhance battery life. Or the manufacturer has some other plans to make the most of the free space. Then again, the patent might now not even materialize into a final product so handiest time will declare.
