Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson said that the GOP “can’t” let historical president Donald Trump “outline” the party’s future, and that he wouldn’t toughen him in his probably re-election efforts in 2024.

“He will outline our party if we let him outline our party. That is one of the reasons that my insist is critical.. others insist is critical on this debate,” Hutchinson, a Republican, said in an interview on CNN’s Mumble of the Union Sunday.
