The Gauteng Traffic Police did not disclose what charges the driver would face. Prior to the arrest, the Johannesburg Metro Police Department’s (JMPD) Wayne Minaar said, “this offender can be arrested for reckless and negligent driving, and dragging or spinning vehicle’s wheels on a public road.”
