Could Kaizer Chiefs lose two star players in January?
Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly bracing themselves for a massive offer from an unnamed European team for the services of Njabulo Ngcobo in January.
“The club made an offer to Chiefs and they were given the cold shoulder by Ngcobo’s people, but they are back again with an even better offer. It (the offer) has put his managers under immense pressure because things are just starting to take shape for him at Kaizer Chiefs and he is also back as a regular at Bafana, and now this comes.” a Phakaaathi report read.
The second Amakhosi star that could also be heading for the exit door in January is utility wing-back Njabulo Blom however a suitable offer will also have to be tabled.
Original reports suggested that LaLiga side RCD Mallorca were monitoring the Kaizer Chiefs youngster however the club disagreed with the Amakhosi’s transfer valuation of Blom.
Mallorca will have to come back with a better offer should they wish to land Njabulo Blom in January. Mallorca currently sit in 13th place on the LaLiga log standings.
