IFPI, the organisation that represents the recorded tune industry worldwide, has this day launched its International Album All Structure Chart, announcing BTS’ MAP OF THE SOUL : 7 as the first ever winner, following a countdown of the top ten greatest albums globally.
The chart, an addition to IFPI’s existing world awards, celebrates the ideal-selling albums of the year across all consumption formats, spanning bodily sales, digital downloads, and streaming platforms.
The fourth studio album from world superstars BTS, MAP OF THE SOUL : 7 broke data and topped charts in each place the world after its initiating in February 2020.
