Woodside Petroleum CEO Peter Coleman will retire in June, with Meg O’Neill taking over as Acting CEO as the company’s board continues its gaze the next chief officer.

Mr Coleman will step down from the Woodside Board on April 19 and could perchance just continue to work with Woodside till his retirement on June 3, the board said in a assertion on Tuesday night.
