New York Knicks rookie Obi Toppin will reportedly participate in the Slam Dunk Contest field to decide space in Atlanta, Georgia, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the NBA opted to sustain all the All-Star festivities on Sunday, March 7. The Talents Subject and 3-Point Contest will kick off the action, while the Slam Dunk Contest will decide space at halftime of the All-Star Game.
Toppin is the main known player field to decide piece in the Slam Dunk Contest and became amongst the fan favorites to participate given his athleticism and high-flying ability.
