The Shadowy Widow actress will star as Lib Wright in the adaptation of Emma Donoghue’s unique, the main film from Netflix’s new UK features slate.

The movie is directed by Chilean filmmaker Sebastian Lelio, who received an Oscar for his 2017 feature A Amazing Girl and previously directed Disobedience, starring Rachel Weisz and Rachel McAdams, and Gloria Bell, starring Julianne Moore.

Lelio acknowledged: “Bringing the unheard of unique The Wonder by Emma Donoghue to the show cowl cowl no longer only presents me the probability to painting the collision between reason and faith, individual and community, obedience and insurrection, but moreover to explore my bear interpretation of what a ‘length’ film can even be.
