FREDERICTON – Police now say the evacuation of the University of Original Brunswick campuses in Fredericton, Saint John and Moncton on Friday was the outcome of a bomb threat.
Fredericton Police issued a release on Saturday saying UNB Safety notified them they had got a imaginable bomb threat to at least one of its campuses.
They did now not say which one was laid out within the threat.
All UNB campuses had been evacuated and searched, and college students living in feature had been advised to safe haven in place.
The Fredericton campus remained closed till hour of darkness.
The campuses are open again and the police investigation continues.
