FRESNO, Calif. (AP) — Jake Haener matched a profession high with four touchdown passes, and he ran for two ratings to steer Fresno Negate to a 63-10 victory over Cal Poly on Saturday night.
Haener became 17-of-22 passing for 380 yards, and two of his scoring throws were over 50 yards. He added touchdown runs of 2 and 1 yard and accomplished with 11 yards speeding.
Josh Kelly made three receptions for 128 yards with two touchdowns for Fresno Negate (2-1). Zane Pope, Jalen Cropper and Keric Wheatfall also made a TD decide.
Ronnie Rivers, the nation’s interesting leader in profession touchdowns with 46, had a 6-yard touchdown speed for Fresno Negate early in the third quarter. He had 64 yards speeding on 14 carries.
