ATLANTA (AP) — De’Andre Hunter, who has emerged as Atlanta’s second-leading scorer in his second season, will miss at least 1 game with a knee injury.
The Hawks acknowledged Saturday Hunter is no longer any longer going to play in Monday’s dwelling game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Hunter had a non-surgical operation on Monday to address articular wear and skedaddle in his good knee.
Hunter left Friday evening’s 116-100 dangle at Washington after hurting the knee. His keep will in all probability be reviewed next week.
Hunter is averaging 17.2 aspects and 5.4 rebounds as a complement to Atlanta’s top scorer, point guard Trae Young.
