Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and Meteor Aerospace have signed a cooperation settlement on Sunday to develop advanced assault systems.

The memorandum of working out (MoU) signed also comprises cooperation on engineering and marketing developments, to boot to joint funding in examine and development.

“The cooperation between the IAI and Meteor Aerospace will allow us to leverage the synergy between the two companies into commerce instruct,” said IAI President and CEO Boaz Levy.

Privately-owned protection and security company Meteor Aerospace’s CEO Itzhak Nissan heaped reward on IAI, calling it a “stable company with a large preference of technological capabilities.”

“Together, the two companies will function new commerce alternatives, for the good thing about both parties,” Nissan concluded.
