Noel Clarke is to be honoured with the outstanding British contribution to cinema prize on the Bafta movie awards.
The actor, who wrote and starred in the movie trilogy Kidulthood, Maturity and Brotherhood, and directed two of them, will be recognised for his role in elevating below-represented skill and stories and bringing selection to British screens, each in front of and in the abet of the digicam.
