Mandla Ncikazi has revealed that Orlando Pirates are a team in transition as they aim to position their present challenges behind and point of interest on the future.
Pirates misplaced coach Josef Zinnbauer who resigned two games into the present campaign – Ncikazi and Fadlu Davids had to step in and lead the team.
What pleases Ncikazi is that whereas Pirates are experiencing this transition, they are calm getting the specified results on the pitch.
“We are a team in transition, and our transition must calm be comfortable,” Ncikazi advised the Pirates media team.
“I am fair happy that there may be growth in phrases of results. It’s important that whereas we are trying to gather into the moral track of winning, trying to change a few things but there are results after that,” he said.
Pirates seek advice from Chippa United at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Saturday, and Ncikazi expects a very defensive Gavin Hunt team.
Then again, at the same, Ncikazi feels the Sea Robbers must calm have ample capacity to begin Chippa up and collect into goalscoring positions on the day.
“Going into Chippa, very sophisticated. They are playing with a very defensive block but when we are Pirates, we must have the capacity to begin the block and collect a consequence,” explained Ncikazi.
“It’s important that we must growth from where we were and transfer in the moral route for the team to be in the moral place,” concluded Ncikazi.
