LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts made clear Tuesday that he doesn’t love three bills pending earlier than lawmakers, including a sing takeover of Omaha Public Colleges’ disquieted pension fund and a proposal to allow digital keno games.
