The Philadelphia 76ers had been missing the scoring and the versatility of Tobias Harris over their earlier three games as their star forward had to fail to note three games in a row to moral knee soreness. He returned on Thursday with 18 factors and six assists in a loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.
Harris obtained off to a gradual start capturing apt 2-for-7 and scoring four factors, but he was able to rep into a groove in the 2d half scoring 14 factors and he was able to make a bigger impact.
Afterward, Harris revealed the damage he had was actually a bone bruise and he apt wanted relaxation and recovery.
“Now not too bad to be legal,” Harris stated. “I had a bone bruise so for me, it was apt allowing that time to heal and to be able to wake up and be pain-free and to be able to enact these varieties of movements on the floor. So a lot of that was apt relaxation and recovery for myself.”
Harris is so important to this team’s chances going forward and they need him to be at his absolute easiest. He is the one who will lead the way down the stretch of games when the team needs it the most. Obviously, he failed to have that chance on Thursday to shut a game out, but he apt needs to procure his rhythm again.
“It’s apt about finding that balance and that rhythm nevertheless it was a fair game for mentally, my self assurance to be able to know that I was able to play and not feel anything and to not feel any pain in that area,” he finished. “To be able to have that self assurance going forward. In that time, I apt tried to maintain myself moral, preserve myself in the easiest of shape and in the easiest of health mentally smart so it wasn’t too bad.”
The Sixers face the Bucks again on Saturday to assemble up their season sequence with Milwaukee.
