‘Smile Containers’ filled with toys give comfort to Afghan children resettling in Canada

Two chums are doing their piece to smoothen the transition to Canada for dozens of incoming Afghan families.

Ashlynn Fisher and Faryal Anwari had been preparing reward baskets — or “Smile Containers” — for children who have confidence now not too lengthy in the past arrived in Canada from Afghanistan.
