Terri Clark and High Valley ready to fire up Stampede Grandstand stage

The Calgary Stampede is adding some award-winning, home-grown skills to the 2021 Evening Demonstrate on the Grandstand stage.

Canadian country superstar Terri Clark will grab the stage every evening from July 9-13, sooner than passing the torch on to High Valley.

Clark, who turned into born in Treatment Hat and raised in Calgary, says she has fond memories of the Stampede and the pancake breakfasts connected to it.

“These are my first exhibits in 18 months and the feelings of nostalgia are on the forefront, as I am if fact be told honored that my conclude to the pandemic is coming home and taking half in the Grandstand Demonstrate on the Stampede,” Clark said.

“Chubby circle is accurate and some issues are upright meant to be.”

High Valley will terminate out the final five days of Stampede starting July 9.

The band, from the hamlet of La Crete in northern Alberta, has been named Group of the Year twice on the Canadian Nation Song Awards and has had several chart-topping singles

“Rising up in Alberta, performing on the Calgary Stampede Grandstand Demonstrate has constantly been on the bucket list,” High Valley’s Brad Rempel said.

“We are so enraged to head abet home and terminate out the final five days of the Ideal Outdoors Demonstrate on Earth!”

The Stampede Evening Demonstrate kicks off every evening 8 p.m.
