And frontman Jack Cochrane plans to thank the ‘Somebody You Loved’ hitmaker for “doing his bit for the young crew” by showering him in free booze.
On the sudden No1, he stated: “You on no account really quiz to be in a shuffle of any style with Demi Lovato. It was completely an experience.
“We had been in the lead for most of the week. We had been taking into account, ‘Here is too appropriate to be appropriate’. And then she got help out in front towards the end of the week and I roughly gave up on my desires.
“And then it came about. Contented days.”
And on the BRIT Award-winner’s strengthen, he added: “I owe him a few pints now. We’ve been chums for a really long time, we reach from the same build. It was nice of him to reach out of hiding and develop his bit for the young crew.”
