To perform this analysis, The Center for Public Integrity analyzed data supplied by the Labor Department in accordance with a Freedom of Information Act question. The data extinct in the analysis covers the duration from October 2005 by means of September 2020 and contains all cases all the design in which by means of which the agency determined there had been minimum wage or time beyond law violations.
