His biography on Steve Jobs (aptly titled “Steve Jobs) took extra than two years and included interviews with extra than 100 of Jobs’ peers.

The conversation, which Higgins reported in his guide and took place over the phone, was over Cook dinner’s purported pastime in acquiring Tesla back in 2016. As Higgins tells it, Musk tells Cook dinner he’s involved, but on the condition that he be instated as CEO of Apple — to which Cook dinner replies, “F—you.”

Musk maintained in a tweet that he and Cook dinner have by no means spoken or written to each other. Higgins responded that the anecdote came from of us that reported as hearing Musk’s recounting of the conversation at the time. He added that Musk was given tons of alternatives to comment on the anecdote. “He didn’t,” he said.
