MONTREAL —
Twenty-four Canadians died on Sept. 11, 2001. One of them was Frank Doyle who was residing along with his family in Recent Jersey at the time.
His companion, Kimmy Chedel, has since moved back to Montreal, and 20 years later, she’s detached protecting her husband’s reminiscence alive.
